The room was spacious and had two really comfy beds, perfect for a good night's sleep. I loved the privacy, and the air conditioning worked great. There was also a nice indoor rainforest vibe which was kinda cool. The fridge and microwave were super handy too. Just a solid place to crash, especially when heading out early the next day.

The outdoor dining area was a treat, perfect for enjoying a cold drink after your culinary explorations in the city! Plus, nearby gems like Chili's and Danny's serve up tasty bites that definitely scratch that itch! A real Laredo dining vibe for sure!
Not the friendliest place overall. the staff could use a pep talk. Plus, don't expect family-friendly vibes at the pool with a crowd more interested in sipping beers than making cannonballs.

The stay was pleasant, especially for a quick business trip. I appreciated the clean room with the two queen beds, which provided ample space. The happy hour by the pool was a delightful bonus and made the evenings enjoyable. However, the Wi-Fi connection wasn't stable during the weekend, which could be a hassle for work tasks.

Great service and cozy stay
I stayed here for 1 night and the front desk lady was super nice! She really helped me find a comfortable room when I needed one. The bar area was chill, great for unwinding after a long drive. Just wish the Wi-Fi had been a bit stronger, though. Overall, happy with the experience!

Couples seeking relaxation will find this spot okay
I appreciated how the indoor rainforest made it feel unique! The grounds were nice enough, and we had all we needed just to shower and rest before our border crossing.
It wasn’t inexpensive but still acceptable.

would stay here again without hesitation
The room was cozy with two comfortable beds and updated decor. We enjoyed the free happy hour by the pool and outdoor dining area. The hotel had a nice terrace overlooking a beautiful courtyard with tropical plants. The staff were very friendly, and breakfast had waffles along with hot coffee every morning. On-site laundry was super convenient too.

The pool area features beautiful gardens, making it a decent spot to relax, although part of it was locked during my visit. The convenient location is near various restaurants and shopping, which makes grabbing a meal or supplies hassle-free.
I encountered a few hiccups during my stay. The breakfast selection was pretty basic, just waffles and cereals that left me wanting more after a long night. Additionally, the WiFi struggled during peak hours, making it tough to send over some larger files. The A/C in my room needed a bit of a refresh, as it wasn't cooling the way I expected, which made for an uncomfortable night.

I appreciated that the hotel was just a short drive from the mall and that there were nice dining options within walking distance like golden corral and danny's restaurant, making it easy to explore the area during my stay as a single traveler. however, the room could have been cleaner as i did notice some hair left behind.
